The PHP contact form stores your name, email address and message on the hosting server. Sessions protect public forms and authenticate administrators.
Optional external services
Analytics is disabled by default. If the operator enables Google Analytics, usage data is sent to Google. A configured map connects to Google only after you select Load map. External social and download links have their own policies.
Requests
Use the contact form for questions about your data. Before launch, the operator should publish its real contact details and retention period. Administrators should remove enquiries when no longer needed.
